Physiotherapy
Ruth Bradley studied Physiotherapy in Edinburgh and has many years of physio experience. She loves teaching and being a clinician and is passionate about delivering high-quality individual care. She has worked in the NHS and gained experience in all aspects of Physiotherapy, including sports, with a particular interest in Rugby.
In 2022 Ruth was awarded an MSc in Musculoskeletal Medicine. She is a Fellow of the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine, lecturing on their Foundation Units to Postgraduate Physiotherapists and GPs. She also currently guests lectures at Glasgow Caledonian University on physiotherapy programme.
Pilates
Postgraduate training in Pilates has led Ruth into teaching Pilates as a Physiotherapist, and she has extensive experience working with a variety of issues. Discovering the benefits of Pilates for her clients, Ruth enjoys the challenge of teaching and progressing strength and stability suited to your own needs.
Pilates can be modified to suit everyone, and she currently offers One to One Pilates, Face to Face and Virtual classes. Classes are currently offered weekly online through zoom.
Women’s Health
Ruth also offers Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Mummy MOT assessments as a result of specialist training. She offers specialist assessment and individual management of conditions effecting the pelvis and pelvic floor. Her background knowledge of Pilates allows her to find solutions and results tailored to each individual person.
