What Our Clients Are Saying

"I had been recommended to Ruth Bradley at Therap-ease for a physio assessment. Ruth was excellent. She took great care to assess my issues and demonstrated clearly what course of action would help. As well as advising on suitable exercises and spending time on manipulating the troubled areas, she followed the consultation up very promptly with an email link to videos demonstrating the exercises. Ruth’s people skills were excellent and I would thoroughly recommend her."

"Very highly recommend 1:1 Pilates with Ruth. With a combination of physio treatment when she thinks it is needed, and Pilates exercises chosen especially for me, I have seen such an improvement in my back. My overall mobility has been transformed as well. I'm a regular, and would not miss a session. Now my husband and also my teenage son have their own appointments; they have found Pilates with Ruth surprisingly stretching and very helpful form of training for other sports."

"Ruth was very kind and thorough. She quickly got to the root of my hip problem, gave it a name (which was reassuring) and sorted it out with exercises, massage and acupuncture. I recommend her very highly. Now I do Pilates to keep up the good work."

"With a torn calf muscle and also Achilies aches and pains that seemed to be taking an age to improve, even slightly, I am so very glad I went to see Ruth at Therapease. After an initial consultation where there was a lot of fact-finding and assessment, I was immediately given some light exercises to do. The next two sessions reviewed progress and manipulated the damaged areas and upped the exercises. After just 4 sessions I am now clear of pain and am working on future proofing my legs and heel. Professional and friendly, delivering excellent results have been my experience. Highly recommended!"

"After visiting the Centre recently with a shoulder problem, I had to ask for an urgent home visit following very painful back spasms during the early hours of Monday 24 February. Ruth Bradley attended in the early afternoon and greatly alleviated the pain. Two further sessions at the Centre have further improved the position. The exercise routines provided by Ruth will help further. I am extremely happy with the attention provided by the Clinic."

"Fantastic place, very professional and well organised. Even during covid, they worked out a system so I could still get seen and helped. Ruth was my physio and I cannot speak highly enough of her. Strongly recommend anyone looking for physio help to visit. Thank you, can't tell you how happy I am with everything!"

"Therap-ease is a thoroughly professional and friendly business. I have had outstanding service from the physio who was taking my case Ruth, who is so knowledgeable and let's you know exactly what you are doing and why you are doing the exercise programmes. I have made a full recovery from my torn achiles tendon and this is down to the fantastic service provided by Ruth."
